Technicolorlife LLC operates Form of Days. This public validation site collects only what is needed to maintain the Collection 01 launch waitlist.
What we collect
If you explicitly join the waitlist, we record your email address, consent purpose and policy version, consent time, an operation identifier, and any anonymous product interest you saved. We may also process a short-lived, one-way network token to limit automated abuse. We do not retain a raw IP address in the waitlist record.
Why and how we use it
We use this information only to manage the Form of Days launch waitlist, understand aggregate interest in Collection 01, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and send launch updates you requested. Email values are encrypted at rest and indexed using one-way keyed hashes.
Service providers and transfers
Vercel hosts the website and may process request data in the regions where its infrastructure operates. Waitlist records are stored by Neon using PostgreSQL in AWS US East (Northern Virginia, us-east-1). These services may process information outside the country where you live.
Retention and your choices
Waitlist records are kept for no more than 365 days unless you withdraw sooner or a shorter period is required. To withdraw consent, request access, or ask us to delete your waitlist record, email yonlau@technicolorlife.app. We may retain a minimal suppression record when necessary to honor a withdrawal request.
Cookies and measurement
A necessary encrypted, HttpOnly cookie may store anonymous product keys and quantities for up to seven days. It does not contain your email address. This public validation release has no advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, payment processing, or checkout.
